Ladies Night
What can I say about this evening?
It took 10 years to happen. Not because I haven't seen these ladies in ten years; we live within 45 minutes of each other.
It's because, it has always been a "couple's thing" . Vacationing, outings, parties, any socializing.
As women we forget that we are human beings, outside of being moms, & wives.
We are Beautiful souls, sisters, daughters, cousins, best friends. Strong Independent Women. Supportive. Lift as We Climb (borrowed that from my Family The Taylors)
These two women love deeply. Have the best Souls I've ever met. Have become My Peole.
We don't let anything or anyone define us.
We make our lives. We live how we want.
Without a care in the world.
People will talk anyway.
We have each other's backs always.
Here's to many more years of family time
And our next Ladies Night.
... and no it won't take 10 years!
