Sunsets... Bendicíon Papa
Sunsets... Bendicíon Papa

What a blessing it is to be able to have family that surprises you with a trip to New York.

SO thankful for the time spent with my elderly grandmother, who also suffers from Alzheimers (#EndAlzheimers). To see the difference in her appearance is so heart breaking. This disease is devastating to watch. But I will tell you,  no matter what her personality is still there at some points; & that's lovely to still see and experience.

The family time has been needed for the longest.

Social media keeps us close, but nothing beats the in person,  physical touches.

#FamilyFirst

Funny,  being born in NY, I'm still a tourist when I come visit. I get my fill of the best foods,  I can find. 😁

Great drinks,  laughs,  tears,  hugs come with it.

Meeting the newest family members as well,  is just amazing,  knowing that we are into the 5th generation is astounding! God Bless our family tree!

I was blessed to be able to extend my visit for another week,  and I'm elated about that,  1 week really isn't enough time to see everyone. Lol.

Unfortunately,  not everything can be 100% happy. During my visit, my grandfather on my dad's side passed away.  96 years of age, he lived a full, long life. He is now resting peacefully with our Lord and Saviour.
